IGG39 - EasyChair Abstract Sumbission Guidelines
To submit your abstract, follow these steps:
- Access our EasyChair abstract submission system at https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=igg39 and log in.
= If you do not have an existing EasyChair account, click on sign up for an account. - Click New Submission at the top of the page.
- Enter author information in the provided fields. Tick the Corresponding Author box for all authors who wish to receive e-mail notifications.
- Enter the title of your paper in the Title field.
- In the Abstract field, you don't have to enter your whole abstract: you may enter either a one-sentence summary, or the first sentence of your abstract, or any comments you have (it is a required field, but its content will not be reviewed).
- In the Category field, tick the appropriate box according to whether you want your abstract to be considered for poster only, presentation only, or both.
- In the keywords field, enter at least three keywords, one per line.
- Upload your abstract in the Paper field. Only PDF files will be accepted. Do not include your name or affiliation in the abstract or file name.
- In the Attachment field, you don't need to attach anything!
- Click Submit. You will be taken to a summary page that confirms that your submission has been saved.
