Activities

  • It organises, promotes and manages traineeships for students (curricular traineeships);
  • It advises student-workers on the methods and documentation required to obtain recognition of credits for work and non-university activities;
  • It manages relations with companies, provides an information service and initial reception of job and traineeship requests received from companies;
  • It provides companies that request it with an internship advertisement service and supports them in identifying a shortlist of candidates consistent with the company's needs;
  • It advises students and companies on the use of the university portal dedicated to the activation of traineeships;
  • It sends information on the professional profiles of the Department's students/graduates to companies who request it;
  • It provides students and graduates with a guidance counselling service aimed at offering support in the drafting of CVs and the definition of their professional project;
  • It promotes initiatives aimed at multiplying job orientation opportunities throughout the year through the ad hoc organisation of company presentations and the dissemination of events and opportunities via mailing lists;
  • It participates annually in the Career Day, a meeting day between companies and students/graduates.

Dr Gian Marco Regnani provides ongoing and proactive support for the activities of the Internship Office, in collaboration with Dr Bertolini, focusing in particular on the following tasks:

  • Organising, promoting and managing student placements (curricular placements); 
  • Managing relations with companies, providing an information service and initial response to job and internship requests received from companies;
  • Providing advice to students and companies on the use of the university portal dedicated to setting up internships; 
  • Verifying and certifying eligibility for the award of credits relating to curricular internships through the management of the Esse3 platform.
